Neal is a retired businessman with a record of success in a wide variety of industries including real estate, film, residential and commercial development, and trade shows and conferences in the hazardous waste industry.

He held an AEC Top Secret Clearance and Department of Defense Secret Clearance, and produced training films for the astronauts on SkyLab.

 Neal is committed to making sure our first responders always have the resources they need to keep our neighborhoods safe, to look for creative solutions to add more revenue to the state coffers without raising taxes, and to protect your right to vote.
