Sparks, NV — Citing community concerns surrounding the proposed redevelopment of portions of the Lakes Course at Red Hawk Golf Resort, Nevada Assembly District 31 candidate Neal Schwartz announced today that he will introduce the Wetlands Development Accountability Act on the first day of the next Nevada legislative session. 

Regional Traffic Board

Sparks, NV — A regional board that will bring all stakeholders – local governments, traffic professionals, and the private sector– to the table to give them real authority to implement solutions to problems with traffic that should have been taken care of 10 years ago. Our region cannot afford to wait one moment longer legislative session.
